Project Scope:
The 713 foot-tall tower, ‘Jersey City Urby’ appears as a stacked series of cantilevering volumes. The waterfront structure climbs to a height of 69 stories and contains a total of 762 rental apartments. It is currently the tallest residential building in New Jersey.
